1. Please connect internet every 15 days 
2. Go to Service to change a server (any of China, Germany and Hongkong)
3. Set time and timezone auto
4. Turn off windows defence (it may incorrectly identify the software as harmful and break it)
5. Set timezone to the same as server
6. Use V-P-N and set V-P-N to where server is at
7. Restart PC
8. Make sure tool is plugged in
9. Good battery voltage.
The software does not need to register and activate.

The offline FTP server is not installed in the correct directory. You may missed installing the "KT200_FTP.ZIP" offline server.

Where should I install the FTP server?
