first upgrade you kt200 basic version to kt200 version+offline dongle:https://www.ecuhelpshop.com/products/kt200-upgrade-service-with-offline-workstation.html
and then upgrade to kt200II:https://www.ecuhelpshop.com/products/upgrade-to-ecuhelp-kt200ii.html
then you can get the kt200II hardware and offline dongle
