This is EDC16CP36, and for this ecu file size (read by normal tools) is 2048kb / 2mb / 16mbit, you can't flash this partial read above in size 512kb to this ecu using kt200, that's why you get mentioned error.
You need full backup 2mb flash, in this particular case sw in your file is 1037398891, so you need 2mb 1037398891, then you can flash it via kt200
use jtag, drill a hole

For cloning an EDC17C60, you can use either the KT200 or Tagflash. Here's what you need to do:
1). Read both ECUs.
2). Use the Tricore cloning option, which will generate a file made from the read ECUs.
3). Write that file to the "new" ECU.

First, check the source of your internet connection. Are you using a hotspot or Wi-Fi from a router? If it's from a phone, try using a different carrier.
In my case, the issue was due to an antivirus application that my carrier had started using. Once I removed this feature, everything worked fine.
