Note: Be cautious with this driver on the bench, R/W ok, no errors. however, in one case, there was no communication with the ECU after the operation. In another, I did with the separation into files and KT200 was unable to calculate the checksum for IntFlashMicro. A third ECU was cloned successfully using only the EEPROM after BDM, and the car drove away. These ECUs are generally cheap and available. Also, note that the transistor in the set is PNP, whereas NPN is needed for communication.

There is no better tool for the money than KT200II. But obviously, you must know the risks of clone tools... It works okay on cars/ECUs until 2020-2021.

KT200II can read and write over 50 edc16c39 on Bench, it's always the same (pinout no2), and never had any problems.
I do it with 12.3, this ECU does not require a lot of power.
