Possible Solution:
OTP, wrong file, or wrong mod. Other tools may skip it, KT has a option to "clone", on menu "Bench, tools, clone" If you can write ori, mostlikely is bad file, with different otp areas...

or Bad checksum, try to do it manual and write again.Try with original without tune and see if is working.
