Most of the delco (usa) can be done easily, but I've found IO-terminal best for full coverage the ac delco ecu.

I have IO Prog basic version which can onely R /W ECU and no support BCM, BCM, EPS, TCM, then I was told to replace an encrypted upgrade board, hope it helps  you.
