"I tried running the KT200II software, but got a 'Runtime error' message. I wasn't sure what caused it at first, but after following a few steps, I finally got it working again."

Solution: 
1. Use a clean OS (Operating System).Compatible operating systems: Windows 7. Widows 8/8.1.Windows 10, Windows 11.
Disable your anti-virus and firewall. Any active anti-virus will try to delete the files as it does not recognize the file as safe. They are safe but because of language issue it is often seen as a virus and it will delete your files. 

2.Install runtime c++ for your computer: Go to www.ecuhelpshop.com "Downloads" section, download and install:
Vc_redist.x86 
Vc_redist.x64.
