User Issue:
A user recently reported the following problem after purchasing the ECUHELP KT200 II Full Version with Offline Workstation and KT200 Plus ECU Programmer:

“When installing the software online, I ran setup.exe after disabling both antivirus and firewall. The KT200 device was connected, the driver was updated, and the device was powered and connected via USB.

However, when I tried to open the software, nothing happened.

In Task Manager, I could see two services: DXXX.exe and KT200II.exe. But DXXX.exe would immediately close after starting.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be appreciated.”

Solution:
The issue was eventually resolved. The problem occurred because the device and software were not activated yet.

Official ECUHELPshop Guidance:

After receiving your package, put the KT200II main unit and KT200 Plus together.

Take clear photos of the front and back of both units.

Install the KT200 Plus software to retrieve the KT200 Plus ID (as shown in the reference image below).

Send the photos and the KT200 Plus ID to Oliver via WhatsApp: +86 18205996549 for activation.

Once the activation is complete, the software will work properly.
