How to fix KT200II Peugeot EDC17C60 Bench Mode “Turn Off and On the Ignition for 10 Seconds”
User Question:
I have a Peugeot Partner 2017 with EDC17C60 ECU. Is it possible to read/write correctly on bench using
ECUHELP KT200II?
It doesn’t read for me on bench. KT200II shows the message: “Turn off and on the ignition for 10 seconds” and then goes back to the start screen.

Possible Reason:
When KT200II displays the “Turn off and on the ignition” message in bench mode, the most common reason is incorrect pin connections.
Solution
Check the pinout carefully
Ensure all pins are properly connected according to the KT200II wiring diagram for Bosch EDC17C60.
Bench Mode Connection:
To work in Bench Mode for Peugeot/Citroën EDC17C60 [TC1793], follow these steps:
Use KT200II multifunction cable.
To read and write use the following driver:
→ BENCH TRICORE
→ PEUGEOT / CITROEN
→ TC1793 - PSA
→ EDC17 C60
Summary:
If you see the “Turn off and on the ignition for 10 seconds” message while using
KT200II in Bench Mode on Peugeot or Citroën EDC17C60 ECU, the issue is usually caused by bad pin contact. Double-check your connections and make sure you’re using the correct driver: Bench Tricore → PSA → EDC17C60.
